Description: Our Resistance training program will help players to improve foot speed, power, agility and explosiveness. While our Chute training will help players to develop a longer stride and gain speed and space when crossing over.

AA/AAA ONLY
Maximum of 12 Skaters broken into 6 skaters per zone/side to increase reps and personal instruction.
