Pre-off-season TRAINING 2025

March 24 - May 2 | GYM 15+ | ON-ICE 2007-2011

Weekly Gym Training: 15+

Focus on restorative training and bullet-proofing your joints and tendons in preparation for the load put on your body during the off-season. The emphasis is on functional core training, proper base movement techniques, and building a foundation to enhance aerobic fitness.

Monday-Thursday, 4:30 / 5:30 / 6:30

Weekly Gym Training: 2011-2013

Small group gym training led by one of our strength and conditioning coaches, 2x/week.

Option of either Mondays + Wednesdays / 6:30pm OR Tuesdays + Thursdays / 6:30pm

Weekly On-Ice Clinics: 2007-2011

Mondays: 5:30 Defence, 6:30 Total Skills, 7:30 Power Skating + Edges

Tuesdays: 5:00 Game Situation Skills

Wednesdays: 5:00 + 6:00 Shooting Skills
